Application Protocols: 1. Cleanse your face in the morning. 2. Apply small amounts to the forehead, cheeks, and chin. 3. Gently massage in a circular motion. 4. Pat the skin lightly. You might feel a slight stickiness and tightening sensation. 5. Allow the product to dry thoroughly.
Day Application: Apply to the face in the morning, massaging in a circular motion for optimal absorption. As it absorbs, you’ll feel the product begin to tighten the upper layers of the skin (epidermis). A tingling sensation is normal during this process.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Products are eligible for a refund 14-days from date of purchase. Please note that gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products returned without approval from our customer care team may be refused.
If you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for resolution.

Shipping costs are covered by us on New Zealand orders where the chargeable total is over $99. All other orders will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of NZD $12.
