Terms, Conditions & Cancellations

By booking an appointment at Mystic Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, conditions, cancellation fees, and policies. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to you with a delightful experience.

Here at Mystic Beauty services are strictly by appointment only. Walk-in appointments are unavailable. 

 

The time we set aside for your personal appointment is very valuable to us; we respect your time, so please respect ours. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your booking (please see our Cancelation Policy below for fees applicable).

 

We are within our rights to refuse any services we deem unfit to provide.

 

Service pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

No children are permitted at the salon – it is not a child-proofed space, and we cannot guarantee the immaculate service we do if there are distractions.

 

Vouchers expire 1 year after purchase, are available to redeem on any product or service at Mystic Beauty and are not redeemable for cash.

 

We know you don’t purposefully get distracted or sleep through your alarm, and we understand you can’t plan for illness or your car breaking down – but neither can we. With a set amount of availability per day and reliability on the majority of our appointments being pre-booked, the loss of revenue from your cancelled service is significant to us.

 

 

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cost of service cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 3 hours are charged in full.
No-Shows are charged in full.


Lateness of more than 15 minutes will require your appointment to be rescheduled and is charged in full. 

 

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before any new bookings are made.

 

If you are unwell or cannot commit to your set time, you may elect to send a friend to utilise your appointment time (waiving any cancellation fees).

 

If you are visibly unwell and attend an appointment, we are within our right to refuse service and you will be charged at full cost – we love that you love coming to see us, but please remember we work closely with multiple people from different backgrounds every day and also have our own families too; our (and your!) health is more important than your appointment.

 

Mystic Beauty does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We will endeavour to settle any grievances you may have to the highest of our ability. With regards to any body contouring or teeth whitening, results will differ from person to person therefore no result is guaranteed.  Should you have a further complaint, please contact Triss to discuss your situation.
