Application Instructions:

Dispense 1 pump of Blepharonat for each eye, applying it either to the lower bags or the covered upper hoods. For enhanced results, we recommend keeping the hoods elevated using tape to promote better drainage. For optimal benefits, use the product for 15 minutes over 5 consecutive days.

Additionally, Blepharonat can be applied 15 minutes prior to undergoing radio frequency treatments.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Products are eligible for a refund 14-days from date of purchase. Please note that gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products returned without approval from our customer care team may be refused.

If you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for resolution.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are covered by us on New Zealand orders where the chargeable total is over $99. All other orders will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of NZD $12.

Gift card purchases do not qualify for shipping as these are dispatched via email, immediately after purchase.

Where available, all non-rural orders are sent via a courier overnight service. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3 - 10 working days.
